A unique educational program to inspire life-long learning.

Below are the fee schedules for the 2023-2024 school year. These monthly rates are based on:
-
Low student to staff ratio
-
Providing staff with livable wages, which helps to prevent staff burnout and high staff turnover. We are a BC certified Living Wage Employer.
-
Providing healthy, high-quality, local, and organic foods as best we can.
Fees are payable on or before the first day of each month. Our monthly billing is based on a four week period. For example, a full time space of 5 days per week is billed based on 20 days of care per month.

Billing based on four week periods is beneficial to you as it provides a regular monthly payment that does not fluctuate. Please note, there is a one-time $100 application processing fee.

Forest Explorers
This after school care program picks up students (kindergarten to Grade 3) from Pauline Haarer Elementary School with our bus and bring them out into nature each day. The students are then brought back to the daycare for pick ups. Click here for full time and part time rates.

Drop-in at the Daycare
Only pre-registered students that have been approved can attend on a drop-in basis. An application form and family meeting are required. Drop in fees for all full day programs are $60/day and Forest Explorers is $25/day (these fees include the food costs).

CHILD CARE FEES
AFFORDABLE CHILD CARE BENEFIT CLIENT POLICY
Clients who require the Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB, formerly Subsidy) must have authorization in place before care can begin or can pay the full fee amount until their subsidy is approved.

ACCB is the sole responsibility of the parent. The care provider fills out a Child Care Arrangements form and submits to the client who then will need to submit all application requirements and paperwork in a timely manner for the ACCB to be authorized in time for care to begin on the agreed/required start date.

Clients who are expecting to be eligible for or have authorization in place to receive the ACCB will be required to submit half of the first month’s total monthly fee to ensure care will be secured through the application and renewal process.

Please contact us for our full policy.
If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to set up a meeting to discuss.
