Admissions 2016-2017

We are still accepting applications for full-time and short-term students for the 2016-2017 school year. Please click on the appropriate application link (on the right) and submit your documents as soon as possible.

Admissions 2017-2018

 

January 1 - 2017-2018 Fall Admissions Applications opens.

 

April 3 - Current Island Oak students should confirm re-enrollment for next year by this                               date. A reminder will be sent out in February and an all-parent meeting will be set                          up for the beginning of March.

April 17 - Until this date, the application processing fee is waived for new students interested                       in applying to Island Oak for the Fall start (SAVE!!! $200 for BC students/ $350 for                           students from outside of BC and international students).   

 

May 1 - Any current Island Oak students planning to apply or re-apply for a tuition grant should               submit their Tuition Grant Application by this date. 

 

June 1 - Recommended Admissions Application and Tuition Grant Application Deadline for new                students wishing to start in September. Applications received after this                                              date will be reviewed on a rolling basis depending on the availability of spaces.

October 1 - Students wanting to enrol for the Second Semester (starting in January),

                      should submit their Admissions and/or Tuition Grant Application by this date.

Hear from our students, teachers, parents and staff about our academic program, application process, tuition grants, and school community. This is a fantastic opporunity to learn more about Island Oak High School and ask questions. These events are open to everyone interested in learning more!

EVENT DATES 

• Island Oak will be hosting an Admissions Open House for prospective students and their family from 6:30pm-8:00pm  on Mar 22, 2017 at Sunrise Waldorf School and on Apr 4, 2017 at Island Oak High School. Click here for the event poster.
