Below are the fee schedules for the 2019-2020 school year. These monthly rates are based on:
Extended operational hours
Low student to staff ratio (we only enroll up to 20 children and have 3-4 staff)
Providing staff with livable wages, which helps to prevent high staff turnover
3-5 Year Program
Children registered for the 7am start may be dropped off at anytime between 7am-9am. Children registered for the 8am start may only be dropped off between 8am-9am. Pick ups are typically between 3pm-6pm, unless previously arranged with the daycare manager or if there is an emergency.
Infant/ Toddler Program for children under 3 years
The IT program is open from 8am-5:30pm. We have space for 8 children per day. Here are the 2019/2020 fees.
Fees are payable on or before the first day of each month. Our monthly billing is based on a four week period. For example, a full time space of 5 days per week is billed based on 20 days of care per month. A part time space of 3 days per week is billed based on 12 days per month.
Billing based on four week periods is beneficial to you as it provides a regular monthly payment that does not fluctuate.
Drop-in at the Daycare
Only pre-registered students that have been approved can attend on a drop-in basis. An application form and family meeting are required.
Drop-in availability is on a first come, first served basis. Drop-in spot fees are only payable by cash or email transfer.
3-5 Program from 8am-6pm costs $55 per day.
3-5 Program from 7am-6pm costs $60 per day.
IT Program for children under 3 from 8am-5:30pm costs $65 per day.
AFFORDABLE CHILD CARE BENEFIT CLIENT POLICY
Clients who require the Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB, formerly Subsidy) must have authorization in place before care can begin or can pay the full fee amount until their subsidy is approved.
ACCB is the sole responsibility of the parent. The care provider fills out a Child Care Arrangements form and submits to the client who then will need to submit all application requirements and paperwork in a timely manner for the ACCB to be authorized in time for care to begin on the agreed/required start date.
Clients who are expecting to be eligible for or have authorization in place to receive the ACCB will be required to submit half of the first month’s total monthly fee to ensure care will be secured through the application and renewal process.
Please contact us for our full policy.
If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to set up a meeting to discuss.
